Shayla Knipe Salon Solutions started when Shayla Knipe recognized such a lack of knowledge and support within the pet Industry in so many areas, from employment, training, salon operational procedures, health and safety the list goes on. 

With these Operational Manuals Shayla hopes to support other manager and business owners along this journey as it is not an easy road, Shayla has taken all pathways and learnt along the way what needed to be implemented what works and what doesn't. She now has multiple salons all following these operational manuals with a large incredible team of staff constantly leveling up and supporting the company's journey.
